This film is a tribute to teachers, a story full of faith in education that can change the world. In the heart of multicultural Vienna, a city considered the happiest in Europe, director R. Beckermann follows the children of one class and their charismatic teacher Ilkay. The teacher struggles to create an inclusive, supportive and safe environment for the children. Despite the lack of a school psychologist and remedial classes, she is able to successfully lead the class and overcome obstacles together, and turn defeats into victories. The director gives the children smartphones so that they can document reality from their perspective. The result is a warm, moving and surprisingly optimistic portrait of a small community that learns to overcome everyday difficulties together in an atmosphere of trust and acceptance.
